Happy New Year! Mojo & a Sneak Peek!
Wow – I have really been AWOL, haven’t I? It will be interesting to see if I can manage to get a blog post made without any epic failures happening! Fingers crossed, moving on… 
Happy 2010! Is that just crazy?! It sounds so… futuristic! I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season with friends, family and lots of good food! I know my family and I sure did – reality truly does bite… Coming back to it does, anyway! Ha! BUT, 2010 will be a great year for me. I can just feel it! Lots of fun things happening with the stamp company and personally, some pretty big events coming up. Pulling up the big-girl panties, and gearing up! Are you ready?!
First off, for 2010 ~ I came home after 2+ weeks away, and found a glorious stack of Christmas cards! Holy cow – I feel like I have earned yet another title… Chancellor of Chumpsville. Not only did we not get our store-boughts out, I didn’t hand make a single card! So, my quest to maintain only one New Year’s Resolution – epic fail. (DRAT!) BUT, it is now TWO resolutions – to actually get the RAKs out, IN THE MAIL. I want you all to know that I did get your beautiful cards and goodies, and I intend to reach out to you individually! Thank you so much! It really made the return to reality, and the corresponding pile of icky-mail SO much more bearable!! I love you all, and I WILL be in touch! xxx
NOW… since I have about 6 minutes to edit a quick pic of a Sneaky Peek I just whipped up (you know, because my house really doesn’t look like we just dropped the ‘just-back-from-vacay’ bomb in it and all…) for Mojo Monday’s sketch today before I bolt out to pick up my birthday-boy, I better get on it! Can I just say that I am crazy jealous of anyone who can come up with these kick-butt layouts at the drop of a hat?! I. So. Am! Geez. Anyhow, Mojo with a Sneaky Peek of one of my next sets! Onward!
Quick hits: The set is from, ahem, StampInsanity (you will be able to get it very soon!), and that insanely cool paper, is BoBunny. I completely love that it is already distressed for me! The ribbon is my favey SU inch-wide. That sentiment, which I *LOVE* and you can’t read because I am still really terrible with PhotoShop color editing, reads: “When you are in love, you can’t fall asleep because reality is finally better that your dreams. ~Dr. Seuss” 
Is that just perfect?! Completely. Bling by BoBunny, except for those little stinkers, which I swore I would not rant over – but i will… just a little. Pet Peeve: rhinestones that have connecting adhesive. Have you seen these? The size is great! but the adhesive is 1) bigger than the diameter of the bling, AND you have to cut the extra adhesive off each side. Can you say, Pain in the tush? Gah. That, friends, is why you need to go visit StampHappens and get the Kaiser Rhinestones and Pearls and BoBunny bling. Do it for your sanity.
