Time for another Twilight Tuesday FANdom Friday Black Dagger Brotherhood Challenge! Read on:
Butch is a man who has lived a hard life. His heart is big, but his head never really lives up to his heart. He’s rough around the edges, and lives his live hard charging, with little regard to his own well-being. And he is always on the fringe – in his family, his job and in life. Then he finds himself coming to the aid of a friend, and his whole universe shifted. His entire destiny was Revealed.
Craft: Capture Butch! He is so unique, this could focus on any facet of his personality or his life!

This is a digi project I did for Twilight Tuesday‘s FANdom Friday challenge – and of course, it is another of my beloved Brothers, Butch O’Neal. As always, I have very strong feelings for these characters, and Butch is no exception. He is a human among vampire warriors, but he strangely fits in with them. He finds a sense of belonging in the testosterone filled mansion that the Brothers reside in – in particular, meeting a BFF that can almost be called a soul mate, in Vishous. I really don’t want to give away the story – as always, JR Ward weaves an intense, intriguing and delicious story that – like all the others – will stick with you long after you read it.
If you haven’t read this series, I highly suggest it – beginning with Dark Lover. Awesome read!!

Oh YES! I almost forgot! I do NOT envision Butch to be Marky Mark Wahlberg! ROFL – I just haven’t found that guy that just IS him yet. He is one of the Brothers that I just can’t pin down to a photo I have seen yet… but I am still working on it!!

When I first started this series, Butch didn’t interest me at all–I even skipped over his book *gasp*. Well, I ended up grabbing Butch’s book because I needed a BDB fix (Why is it so long between books??!) and his book was it until the next release. I re-read Dark Lover not long ago and I’m wondering why I didn’t care for Butch the first time. Maybe I was PMSing, who knows! I can’t put a face to Butch but you did a wonderful job on your tribute. I’m salivating for John Matthew’s book–he’s my #2. Rhevenge is my #1 in case you were wondering.
